Not all petrol remote control cars are the same! A lot of petrol rc cars for sale online e.g. eBay are badly made imitations from China and Taiwan. Although the cars may seem like good value the quality of the cars is just not up to scratch.
Imagine buying one of those Petrol RC Cars and then within a few weeks after a lot of thrashing around on your favourite car track, you start to hear lots of strange noises and eventually breakdowns. You'll be well p!ssed off!
 I know exactly how you'd feel as that is how I felt after buying 3 different RC petrol cars from eBay. And then I heard of the XRC, the model featured on this page. This little baby only cost just under £260, and that includes everything you need to run this car straight out of the box.
And that's another problem you find with lots of remote control petrol cars. Some petrol rc cars, costing twice that of the XRC, don't even include things like Battery Charger and a Tool Kit needed to maintain the car.
To me it was a 'no-brainer'. Since buying the XRC I've had months and months of fun and I've been adding a few upgrades along the way. I now have a great Petrol RC Car which costs a fraction of my mates cars, and I'm thrashing them on the race track too!
